Thanks for participating in one of our events. We appreciate the fact that you like the stuff we build. We also want to make sure that you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating and participating in our events.

 

If for any reason, you wish to cancel your event pass, you will be refunded the full amount if you cancel 24 hours prior to the start time of the event. You can make the request for pass cancellation to the InsaneAI support team by emailing us at support@insane.ai

The Refund on cancellation of an ongoing event can vary from Event to Event. We would recommend users to read the Terms & Conditions of every Event before buying the pass.

If at any time during the event it is cancelled, postponed, suspended or delayed for any reason, Insane AI will make a full refund of the event pass. 

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your refund request, the refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your bank account within 14 days of the request.

We may update our Refunds Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refunds Policy on this page. This policy is effective as of 2022-02-01
